This page describes how SecureDeeds.me (“we”) handles information collected through this website. It is based on how the live site actually works today.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry or request a live consultation, we collect the name, email address, and/or phone number you enter, your message, and the property you were viewing (name/slug and related listing details used for attribution). We may also receive technical request data such as page path, referrer, and basic marketing parameters (for example UTM fields) if present in the URL.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange property discussions or callbacks, keep a customer-relationship record for follow-up, and operate site security (including rate limiting and abuse prevention).

Live consultation camera and microphone

If you join a SecureDeeds live consultation, your browser may ask permission to use your camera and microphone. Devices are activated only after you allow that prompt, and only inside an accepted live consultation room. SecureDeeds does not record or store audio or video of consultations. Media streams are not written to CRM or to our private document storage. When the call ends—or you leave the page—the site stops local media tracks in the browser.

How CRM data is stored

Inquiry and live-call request records are stored in a private, access-controlled store (Cloudflare R2 private bucket) used by the SecureDeeds admin/CRM. They are not published on the public media CDN. Public property photos, floor plans, and films remain public marketing media.

Cookies, sessions, and analytics

An admin session cookie is used only for signed-in operators of the site. Visitor live-call join keys are kept in the browser session for that consultation and are not a marketing cookie. Public pages load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-DWXDR2FWEZ) to understand site usage. Google may process that data under its own terms.

Processors and third-party services actually used

  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Cloudflare R2 — public marketing media and private CRM/document storage
  • WhatsApp (wa.me links) — only if you choose to contact us there
  • OpenStreetMap tiles — map display on some property pages
  • Daily — realtime audio and video transport for live consultations. SecureDeeds does not record or store call media, and the Daily API key is not sent to the browser

Retention, deletion, and your rights

We keep inquiry and consultation-request records as needed to respond to you and maintain ordinary business records. A specific numeric retention schedule is not published on this site. You may ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.

International users

SecureDeeds.me is used by people in more than one country. Information you submit may be processed on infrastructure in locations used by our hosting and storage providers.
