No automatic professional relationship
Using this website, sending an inquiry, or joining a live consultation does not by itself create a brokerage, agency, or other contractual obligation. Any such relationship arises only from a separately executed agreement, if one is signed.
Live consultations
Live calls are optional one-to-one discussions about a property. You must agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy before requesting a call. Camera and microphone access require your browser permission and are used only during an accepted consultation. SecureDeeds does not record those sessions under the current Privacy Policy. Do not share information you are not willing to discuss live.
User conduct
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, impersonate others, or use inquiry or live-call features for harassment or unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
